Acclaimed French celebrity chef, Thierry Max, is launching a dining pop-up in The Bay, at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeria, Dubai. Guests will have the chance to savour the Chef’s unique style of cooking — merging French tradition with Asian influences to create avant-garde dishes — during a six-course menu that will include some of his finest creations; Gambero Rosso, Yellow Pollack and Poire Belle-Hélène — in the  The Bay’s charming seaside setting.
