Borrow from the boys and team androgynous looks with bourgeois accessories adorned in Zadig & Voltaire’s new covetable logo. It’s an initial attraction
For autumn/winter 2020, Zadig & Voltaire embraced the ‘70s with rock’n’roll looks in top-to-toe leather, paisley prints, floral dresses and bougie bow tied blouses mixed in with high-neck knits in a palette of mustard, peach and rusty brown. There was masculine-meets-feminine suiting, oversized faux fur jackets and double denim — all worn with a new addition to the Zadig & Voltaire family: The ZV Initiale.
Designed by Cecilia Bönström, the ZV Initiale collection blends Italian leather with French jacquard to enhance the house’s new gold stamped “ZV” logo. Nodding to the spirit of the seventies, the line of bags and accessories defies convention and plays on contrasts to create a classically chic, yet effortlessly modern look.
Made to transcend from day to night, each silhouette is as relaxed as it is dressy — with styles that can easily be worn with day dresses and over-the-knee-boots, thrown over tailored blazers or paired with an edgier black dress for an evening under the city lights.
The ZV Initiale line is comprised of a tote bag (made for the office and beyond), the city silhouette (a polished carrier for the woman on-the-go), the belt bag (for the cool and contemporary) and the covetable clutch (a rock-inspired style to be carried into the night). Available in slick black leather or jacquard monogram, each piece is elevated by the “ZV” stamp that signals a new look for a new season.
