Hosting a Puppy Pilates session on October 28, Bounty Beets is encouraging you to strengthen your muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility and your balancing skills (or patience, depending on how your pooch behaves). The human-doggie bonding event will be run by The Animal Agency and Phoenix Rising, who will guide participants through a fun Pilates session that ensures the pup’s comfort and well-being is at the heart of the unique class. And post-pilates breakfast is not to be missed.
