The wellness spot has recently launched a day pass which is designed to help you relax and reset with a private pilates session (for up to four friends), followed by a nutritious meal from the centre’s health-focused café.
Led by head instructor, Walid Tebarki, the pilates class is focused on each individual and is tailored to help boost both physical and mental health. Wahid Tebarki guides you through the connection between your mind and body, to increase strength and reduce stress. The specialist also helps you see how sessions in the studio can be translated into everyday life.
After pilates, you can enjoy a catch-up over sustainable cuisine at 100 Café. Serving a selection of healthy bites, with gluten-free and dairy-free options, alongside speciality coffee, freshly brewed teas and invigorating juices, the quaint café overlooks the centre’s serene garden, providing a calming yet invigorating environment.
The day pass includes a signature dish (made from locally farmed, fresh produce) alongside a hot drink or fresh juice. From blue moon oats to acai bowls, gluten-free pancakes and all-day breakfasts, the café is the perfect place for a post-pilates brunch that is good for the soul and the body.
