Located in the exquisite grounds of the Mandarin Oriental, the recently relaunched Beluga Restaurant and Lounge has introduced a three-course business lunch comprising its signature seafood pasta, which comes prepared with freshly-made pasta with tiger prawns in flavourful white sauce.
