For a limited time, this celebrated dining brand will offer guests an exclusive pop-up experience in the heart of the desert, where nature and luxury meet under a canopy of stars.

Set across two open-air levels, the pop-up transports diners to a unique setting where Zuma’s contemporary style blends seamlessly with the vast and tranquil landscape of Ras Al Khaimah. As night falls, guests will enjoy an immersive culinary journey surrounded by desert dunes, with live DJ performances adding a touch of sophisticated energy to the peaceful desert backdrop.

Zuma’s menu for this pop-up showcases the restaurant’s most iconic dishes, each carefully crafted to celebrate Japanese flavours with an innovative twist. Signature favourites like the Gindara No Saikyo Miso Yaki - miso-marinated black cod known for its smooth, delicate flavour - and the Wagyu Sirloin Tataki with aromatic truffle ponzu will be highlights, alongside a selection of Zuma’s renowned sushi and sashimi offerings.

Diners looking for a fully immersive experience can opt for Zuma’s bespoke tasting menu, a curated journey through the brand’s best dishes that captures the essence of izakaya-style dining, where sharing and community are at the heart of each meal.

Complementing the cuisine, Zuma’s mixology team will present a cocktail menu designed to elevate the desert dining experience, alongside a collection of fine grape and Japanese spirits. With live DJ performances setting the mood, the evening promises a chic yet relaxed vibe that allows guests to soak in the atmosphere of the desert while enjoying the rich flavours and unique style that Zuma is known for.
