Storytelling is at the heart of the Maison Van Cleef & Arpels. “For us, the choice of Romeo and Juliet was a natural one for several reasons,” reveals Nicolas Bos, president and CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels. “Literature is one of the Maison’s major sources of inspiration, and in 2003 we had already paid tribute to the world of Shakespeare with the A Midsummer Night’s Dream collection.”
On display until February 15 at Les Salons Van Cleef & Arpels Dubai Opera boutique, red and blue tones representing the coats of arms of the Capulet and Montague families respectively are at the heart of the breathtaking one-of-a-kind pieces, imbued with the style of the Italian Renaissance the famous tale of the tragic romance is brought to life through exquisite savoir faire and exceptional precious stones.
