Maison Valentino has collaborated with Abu Dhabi Investment Office to bring Valentino Cinema to the UAE's capital. Taking place until 16 January at 421 Art Campus, Valentino Cinema is screening films by director Federico Fellini, including La Dolce Vita and 8 1/2. The former is a satirical comedy-drama that follows a week in the life of a tabloid journalist living in Rome, while the latter chronicles the life of a film director as he attempts to overcome writer's block.
Fellini was an Oscar-winning Italian director and pioneer in the film industry, as his unique vision and audacious approach paved the way for the next generation of filmmakers. He served as inspiration for Valentino's Avant Les Débuts campaign - Alessandro Michele's first campaign since joining the House in March 2024 - and therefore it seems only fitting that his films be championed.
In addition to the film screenings, guests can also get up-close with the collection.
