Desert cafés and cultural offerings become the city's final indulgence as temperatures slowly begin to rise

This weekend, Dubai comes alive with cultural experiences. Alserkal Avenue's Interrupting Patterns invites a reflection on time, offering music, storytelling and crafts for its final weekend. Art enthusiasts, on the other hand, can conclude their week with the final days of Dubai Collection Nights and delve into the city's vibrant art scene through exclusive studio visits, private collections and workshops. Last but certainly not least, Louis Vuitton has opened a pop-up dining experience in the heart of the desert. Here's MOJEH's guide for the weekend ahead.

As routines change this Ramadan, Alserkal Avenue invites audiences to ponder over the interruption of time itself. Interrupting Patterns, through music, storytelling, craft and film, explores the idea of breaking routines and experiencing what happens when we let life unfold without interference. The programme, running for the final time this weekend, includes live performances at The Yard, film screenings at Cinema Akil, workshops for little ones and Tatreez Circles at KAVE where participants will engage in embroidery. Learn More

With Eid fast approaching, it’s time to start thinking about gifts. For the first time, Coco Crush’s quilted design is enriched with the fiery intensity of rubies, adding a bold new dimension to the collection. “Red is the colour of life, I love red,” Coco Chanel once said, and this passionate hue now graces the collection through rubies set in the hollow of C-shaped pendants and at the heart of O-shaped bracelets. The striking addition, alongside innovative diamond pavé settings that illuminate the quilted weave, marks a new chapter for Coco Crush. Shop Now
