The city simmers down after a busy festive season

Following a long and exciting holiday break, everyone has returned to work. Though there's a sense of accomplishment in clearing overflowing inboxes, the weekend is more than welcome. Whether you’re looking for a day off from unpacking after the holidays or an opportunity to enjoy the cooler temperatures of January, here’s everything you need to know.

What To Do

e& MOTB returns to Dubai Design District for its 12th edition featuring everything from the city’s favourite eateries to a mix of regional and international clothing and jewellery brands. If you haven’t had the chance to check it out yet, this is the last weekend to catch it — the perfect excuse to step out of the house and enjoy a bit of shopping and socialising. This year, e& MOTB opted for a vibrant neo-vintage theme that offers plenty of photo-ops.

This exclusive three-day pop-up brings the renowned restaurant's signature Japanese cuisine with a modern twist to the capital. Savour dishes like wagyu with caviar and octopus in a creamy potato and leek puree, the ideal finale for a week of hard work.
