Nothing says adorable like matching mother-and-daughter outfits
Growing up on the beaches of Australia and working as a stylist inspired Pippa Holt to create a collection of beautiful kaftans. “I call them my ‘holiday heroes’,” she says, “they pack small, work day and night, on a beach, in a city, with or without a belt.” Each limited edition style is handmade in Mexico by artisan weaver Felipa, her daughter Angelica and their team. Now, Holt has released a line of children’s kaftans in partnership with MatchesFashion.com.
The collection, which is available from today exclusively on MatchesFashion.com and PippaHolt.com, mirrors the ethos of her main collection with bold colours, oversized silhouettes and a bohemian aesthetic. As part of the launch, Holt collaborated with renowned photographer Claiborne Swanson Frank – creator of the beautiful coffee table book Mother And Child – to capture fellow inspirational and stylish mothers and their daughters in the new pieces.
