Inspiring two design legends is by no means an easy feat, and yet the former Chanel model was the driving force behind Tom Ford’s iconic debut collection for YSL. Betty Catroux was an inspiration to Yves Saint Laurent, who called her "his male re-incarnation". Famed for her lean figure, white blonde hair and sensually androgynous appearance, Catroux’s style will best be described as Seventies high glamour.
