If you have seen life-sized bottles of medicine scattered on your social media and wondered if there was a whimsical pharmaceutical convention in town well, you wouldn't be far wrong. Italian House Prada brought its members-only travelling social club to Dubai from 9 to 12 November in partnership with famed British artist Damien Hirst, transforming DIFC's ICD Brookfield building with his immersive Pharmacy installation. Comprising floor-to-ceiling medicine cabinets, extra-large capsules, pill-scattered wallpaper and skeletons, Pharmacy first appeared in 1992 and became a fully functioning restaurant six years later. The experimental artist partnered with Prada Mode Moscow in 2021 and, based off the collaboration's success, joined forces once more for its Dubai iteration.
Prada Mode Dubai featured discussions, workshops, parties and all-day dining, and MOJEH was granted a VIP all-access pass to the action. Explore the gallery above for an inside look at the exclusive event.
