There’s been a huge amount of hype surrounding the schedule at London Fashion, with debuting designers, a sustainable agenda and the an almighty storm brewing in the capital.
While the street style set have been showing off their best rainy day attire, Richard Quinn created a storm of his own at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London where he staged his theatrical autumn/winter 2020 show.
The venue was transformed into a “fashion dreamhouse,” complete with hydrangeas arches, grand pianos and upholstered floral walls, and the stage was set for a downpour of dramatic dresses.
Quinn presented a sequence of head-to-toe floral gowns, worthy of any red-carpet appearence, as well detailed embellished looks inspired by London’s Pearly Kings and Queens, and voluminous statement silhouettes in emerald green, icy blue and daring cerise.
New York’s va-va-voom volume continues across the pond…so here's a look at the best gowns from Richard Quinn's AW20 runway.
