The second fine jewellery collection from Francesca Amfitheatrof, creative director of watches and jewellery for Louis Vuitton, captures the house’s modern and innovative spirit with line of monogram-inspired pieces designed to be worn by both genders. Amfitheatrof deconstructs the maison’s signature LV letters and uses them to create architectural, triangular shapes that reinvent the initials entirely.
Entitled LV Volt, the collection is embedded with the metaphor of movement, momentum and speed, offering sharp angles, abstract forms and criss crossing chain mail textures. Open bangles can be mix and matched, and rings — punctuated with diamonds — are designed to stacked to create intricate patterns that move across the fingers. While the prismatic link necklace makes a singular statement, made from the closely entwined capitals: L and V.
Pre-launching in the Middle East on July 1, the LV Volt collection is a stunning salute to the house’s cherished LV initials in a fresh and throughly modern way. Full of wearable treasures, the unisex line offers pieces for everyday wear or standout silhouettes reserved for a time when partying is back on the agenda. Louisvuitton.ae
