The space is splashed with tongue-in-cheek decor, neon signage, comic book-inspired illustrations and exposed brick, but don't let the exuberant surrounds fool you. This year, Salmon Guru is adding more libations to its award-winning menu, including Beirut Basil Bash and Tomatillo. Mirroring the creative recipes, Salmon Guru's beverages come in equally whimsical vessels, ranging from unfurling lotus flowers to a multi-coloured tree frog. Though renowned for its cocktails, the restaurant's Asian-fusion culinary offerings are definitely not second best; the reworked menu features new additions of seabass nigiri, Thai salad with ramen noodles, smoked picanha tataki brushed with umami oil and a tandoori-marinated matured beef kofta, all perfect for sharing.
