If you’re yet to spend a day, or a week, at this decade’s biggest (and blingest) of hotel openings then get yourself down to Nobu by the Beach at Atlantis The Royal for an easy-breezy daycation served up with a side of surprisingly good food (forget soggy salads and the usual food-as-an-afterthought that is all too often tied to pool days).
