Perched atop the 73rd floor of the Address Beach Resort, JBR, Mott 32 brings back its Saturday brunch experience, Brunch 32. Chef Frankie Yang Tao takes the lead at Mott 32 Dubai, spearheading the restaurant's approach to Chinese cuisine. Brunch 32 offers a delectable journey through its menu with free-flowing beverages, set against breathtaking daytime vistas of Bluewater Island, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and the iconic Ain Dubai.
The menu features starters such as fried soft-shell crab with capsicum, as well as the delicious shredded 42-days Peking duck salad, which is hands-down one of our favourites from the menu.
Globally renowned for its hand-crafted dim sums, the brunch offers a stunning platter including Wild Mushroom Dumplings with black truffle. Vegetable and chicken and prawn siu mai are also served with traditional condiments of dark rice vinegar, shredded ginger and homemade sweet chilli and garlic and soy sauce. The main course includes sweet and sour free-range chicken with dragon fruit and aged black vinegar, wok-fried Angus beef with scallion oyster sauce and mapo tofu with chilli bean curd, catering to a diverse range of palates. Dessert is the sesame tart with lime, sea salt and pine nuts, and the almond and chocolate Oolong tea “Xiao long bao” end the meal on a sweet note.
Mott 32’s signature cocktails complement this culinary journey and the newly re-opened terrace invites guests to enjoy the panoramic view. Indoor seating is equally as breathtaking, with a vibrant and energetic atmosphere where New York industrial style meets Hong Kong opulence, while taking inspiration from local Arabic culture.
