The latest concept by Chef Izu is Eunoia, a Mediterranean restaurant at the Hyatt Grand Centric Jumeirah Hotel.
Eunoia’s magic takes place on the outdoor terrace as the sun starts to dip and views of La Mer’s sparkling water and the ocean breeze look and feel their best. If you live or work in Downtown Dubai, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Even better, reserve a spot for a sunset aperitivo. Given Chef Izu's reputation, diners come in with high expectations and Eunoia certainly does not disappoint. While the Izu Burger is yet to make its way on to this menu, everything from Izu’s famous lentil salad to the lobster linguine is present. We’d recommend sharing-style for starts - blueberry and feta salad, grilled harissa prawns, and truffle tart are a few favourites - followed by light-and-zesty grilled salmon with lentils for mains. The restaurant also offers a stellar breakfast set menu complete with classics and contemporary additions.
