Renowned for its authentic, yet inventive take on Italian cuisine, Roberto’s is a stylish foodie haven in the heart of DIFC. Although the homegrown culinary concept has recently reopened its doors, the restaurant is still delivering its fine dining expertise to homes across the UAE.
In collaboration with Gaggenau, Roberto’s chef Francesco Guarracino will host a live cooking masterclass on July 15, preparing signature Roberto’s dishes including; Melanzana, Calamarata and Lemon e Lemons. The recipes from the class will be a part of ‘Roberto’s At Home’ dining experience, which includes a luxury box of pre-cooked signature dishes to finesse at home.
