A man synonymous with romanticism, elegance and dreamy couture creations, it was only a matter of time that Elie Saab would further his brilliant creativity of design from something off the runway and onto bigger things – and we mean something completely different.
Over the weekend, news broke that the Lebanese fashion maestro is set to turn his focus onto real-estate in collaboration with Dubai's leading development company, Emaar. Together, the regional duo have teamed up on a new branded tower – set on the shores of Emaar Beachfront located at the much-anticipated Dubai Harbour.
A city known for loving the finer (and more luxurious) things in life, Dubai's newest tower will feature an exquisite collection of four-bedroom penthouses in addition to the one to three-bedroom apartments – each decorated by Elie Saab. Not only will residents be able to indulge themselves in a slew of dining options and private beaches, but, you'll be living in a space surrounded by Elie Saab’s ethereal and romantic aesthetic (does it get any better than this?).
Designed to celebrate the 1930 Art Deco era, the tower will also become home to boutique stores, galleries and cafes – with decorations carefully chosen to reinforce the overall character of the luxury design.
