The model turns muse for Jonathan Yeo's biggest retrospective yet

The 23-year-old former model and ultimate It-girl, is an undisputed icon of the social media age. In a series of portraits by famed painter Jonathan Yeo, we see a different side to the artist’s muse. From inquisitive to ethereal; from thought provoking to playful; we see a range of Cara Delevingne’s personality depicted in 12 distinct oil paintings at Denmark’s Museum of National History. “She certainly comes in without any airs or graces. She’s totally relaxed and down-to-earth and fun. She doesn’t—unlike some people who are in the business of being glamorous and looking fantastic—seem remotely concerned about whether she looked good or bad or silly or however,” Yeo says about Delevingne.

"Jonathan Yeo Portraits" open from March 20 to June 30, 2016 at The Museum of National History in Frederiksborg Castle, near Copenhagen, Denmark.
