Belgian fashion designer, Diane von Furstenberg, has teamed up with luxury e-tailer, 11 Honoré, to launch a line of size inclusive dresses.
The partnership has produced three signature silk wrap dresses – Diane von Furstenberg’s most iconic and flattering style – in retro prints pulled from the DVF archives.
Each Julian Two Silk-Jersey dress features a modest a to-the-knee length, complemented by three-quarter sleeves finished with a chic cuff and a versatile V-neckline in a classic wrap silhouette. The dresses come in sizes 14-24.
The Leopard Sand design is inspired by DVF’s first animal print wrap which debuted in 1974. Paired with neutral toned knee-high boots and an over-sized clutch, the print taps AW19’s Animalia trend and takes us straight back to the ‘70s.
Made for both mornings in the office and drinks in the evening, the Houndstooth print also reworks a classic. The check pattern is warped to create movement that resembles the outline of the iconic Empire State Building in a multi-purpose monochrome palette.
The final plus-size wrap dress, Camellias Black, consists of a fuchsia floral print adding a pop of colour to a classic black dress. The dress sparks femininity and evokes a feeling of romance that we have come to expect from a DVF collection.
Since its 2017 founding, 11 Honoré has rapidly grown into the go-to luxury marketplace for size inclusivity and designer exclusives, partnering with over 65 brands including latest addition; the in-demand Diane von Furstenberg.
