KENNY SCHARF, INNER AND OUTER SPACE
WHEN: Ongoing to 31 August
WHERE: Alserkal Avenue
WHY GO: This is the first time muralist, painter and sculptor Kenny Scharf presents his work in the UAE. His fantastical paintings of anthropomorphic animals have become his trademark and this show brings his sense of fun to life in a new body of work centred around our “increasingly out-of-control situation.’
DON’T MISS: The melting cartoon faces in his paintings; this is pop surrealism at its best.
