Every year Elite Traveler produces a list of the world’s top 100 hotel suites, which includes the 10 most expensive rooms available, and this year’s results are now in.
In first place, yet again, is the Royal Penthouse Suite at the President Wilson Hotel in Geneva, which costs a whopping US$80,000 (294,000 AED) a night and comes complete with 12 bedrooms, bulletproof windows, panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps, and a collection of rare books. The suite has already hosted celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Richard Branson, Rihanna, Bill Gates, Matt Damon and Michael Douglas. It goes without saying that the suite also comes with a personal chef, butler and security team.

Stretching across the entire 8th floor (1,680 sq m), this suite is also renowned as one of the biggest in the world.
2. Five-bedroom Terrace Suite, The Mark, New York – US$75,000 (275,490 AED)
Spread across two floors, French interior designer Jacques Grange injected a good dose of modern grandeur into each room.
3. Penthouse Suite, Grand Hyatt Cannes, Martinez – US$53,200 (195,414 AED)
Situated on the seventh floor of the Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez, the penthouse suite measures 984 square metres and features four bedrooms, a living room, dining room and marble bathroom.
