Tasca’s Chef José Avillez has created an exquisite limited-time culinary experience in collaboration with Maison Christian Dior
Maison Christian Dior has collaborated with Chef José Avillez to create a multi-sensory culinary experience inspired by the House’s signature scents. Chef José Avillez is behind award-winning Tasca, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai’s contemporary Portuguese restaurant with panoramic views, unforgettable dishes and a buzzy atmosphere.
The Maison Christian Dior x José Avillez experience will pair a six-course menu with the region’s most-loved Christian Dior fragrances – Gris Dior, Oud Rosewood, Oud Ispahan, Purple Oud, Ambre Nuit and Tobacolor – with each dish carefully curated to complement the fragrances’ unique notes.
“We are extremely excited to be able to collaborate with Maison Christian Dior to combine the vibrant dining experience Tasca is known for with one of the most renowned brands in fragrance,” explained Chef José Avillez. “Creating such a unique concept in dining will hopefully inspire people to see this as more than simply dining, but a true feast for the senses.”
