BEST BREAKFAST SPOTS
For a delicious breakfast I love Kuwaiti Chef Faisal Al Nashmi’s brasserie Table Otto. There’s also Cocoa Room for brunches and Arabica for the best coffee in town.

TOP THREE MUST-DOS WHILE IN TOWN
Definitely a visit to Souq Almubarakiya, one of the oldest souqs in Kuwait. Followed by a walk at Al Shaheed Park. It has beautiful botanical gardens, two museums – Thekra & the Habitat, as well as a lake. And finally I would recommend exploring the Abdullah Alsalem Cultural Center, a beautiful world class museum within Kuwait’s new national cultural district.

HIPPEST HOTEL
Where to stay when in town? That would have to be at the newly opened Four Seasons at Burj Alshaya.

HOTTEST TABLE IN TOWN
That’s a difficult one – a tie for sure between Japanese tapas’ place Ora and another Japanese restaurant called White Robata.
WHERE TO SHOP
Luxury boutique Alothman which was established back in 1956 and The Avenues Mall who recently opened their 4th phase.
