Alserkal Avenue will soon undergo a significant expansion to match its rising influence on homegrown and international talent.

Currently home to over 25 cultural organizations and the renowned Salsali private museum, Alserkal Avenue has rightfully claimed the title of the region’s trailblazer on the arts and culture front since it’s launch in 2007. The imminent development plan includes the introduction of new creative units making way for a wider range of artists and artwork from diverse fields of contemporary art to design, architecture and fashion.
The new arrangement will include a number of studios, residency programs, a black box theater and an outdoor auditorium facility to host film screenings and concerts.
The future of Alserkal Avenue brings great hope for the budding local arts scene, adding another feather to Dubai’s hat, reinforcing its position as the cultural oasis of the Middle East.
