The beauty entrepreneur, co-founder of Privé7 Dubai luxury salon and co-founder of Russian Social Club talks us through her stylish working life

I wake up at... around 7:30am. I enjoy mornings because they allow me a few peaceful moments to myself before the day gets busy.

My morning routine normally consists of... gentle stretching and yoga to wake up my body and mind.

For breakfast I... keep it nourishing with the likes of an egg-white omelette, porridge or cottage cheese with fruit — I need a filling breakfast to get me through the busy day.

My typical day... includes strategy sessions, attending an array of meetings, innovating with my team, engaging directly with clients and building relationships with fellow companies to explore new partnerships and reach new goals together. I take great pride in offering women who join Privé7 or Russian Social Club the opportunity to experience beauty, style, wellness and fresh knowledge across various fields — it’s super rewarding to see fellow women connect and achieve together!

My go-to working wardrobe consists of... comfortable, chic pieces from the high fashion brands I work with, which I like to also mix with emerging labels. For work I prefer a relaxed style that suits my busy days, while out of the office it could be anything from denims with an oversized blazer or more tailored statement look to soft feminine layered look.

My go-to beauty look for the 9-5... is clean and natural. I just use a light foundation, hint of blush and soft eye makeup to create a polished yet effortless look. Sunscreen is a must for me, as are regular facials!

For lunch I eat... something filling yet light. I often choose a protein like chicken or salmon with fresh greens or vegetables.

What I love most about my job is... the opportunity to connect with people who are passionate about their business, work, fashion, beauty, health and personal growth.

And what I enjoy the least is... managing last- minute changes. It can be challenging but I’ve learned to stay flexible and adapt quickly, even when things get busy.

When I get home I... like to unwind with a quiet dinner, but I tend to do a little more work by responding to calls and emails. My job is extremely demanding and social, so I’ve learnt to at least take one full day off per week to re-energise and be still.

I couldn't live without... my family and three kids. While I could manage without many things, my family is irreplaceable and the light in my life. They are my support system, and their presence in my life is what truly matters.

When I feel stressed I... remind myself that nothing in life is insurmountable. I avoid judging situations harshly and instead try looking at them from a different perspective. I’ve learnt to trust the universe, feel the energy of the people around me and remind myself that tomorrow will always be better.

If I wasn’t in my current position, I would... have pursued a career as a doctor. However, in many ways, I’m still helping people. In the club and salon, the results are clear — people meet, form friendships and create joint projects that bring real value. It’s incredibly rewarding when clients, residents or event partners come to us and genuinely thank us for our services. We are making a difference, just in a different way.
