The coolest brands in the beauty world are back with another collaboration, this time coming together to create an elevated version of Ouai's best-selling Leave-In Conditioner. The haircare brand, founded by celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin, reached out to innovative fragrance house Byredo to create a "hair perfume and leave-in conditioner hybrid" using Byredo's cult-favourite Mojave Ghost scent.
The Ouai x Byredo Leave-In Conditioner fights frizz - something we all struggle with thanks to the Middle East's humid climate - while simultaneously curing dehydrated locks, detangling and acting as a heat protector. Mojave Ghost combines top notes of ambrette with cedarwood, violet, chantilly musk, amber and magnolia for a woody yet light scent inspired by the "soulful beauty of the Mojave Desert" and, in particular, the ghost flower; a resilient flower that can bloom even in the harshest of environments.
Formulated with hydrating tamarind seed extract, strand-strengthening amino acids and nourishing panthenol and Vitamin E, simply spritz into damp hair and brush through to the ends for an instant boost. Atkin advises using Ouai x Byredo Leave-In Conditioner in tandem with your normal conditioner for maximum impact.
Ouai and Byredo collaborated for the first time last year on a limited-edition dry shampoo which sold out in just 72 hours, and MOJEH predicts the new launch to have the same success. Shop now
