Exaggerated brows and a bold lip announced spring’s arrival at the Chanel haute couture 2015 show.
Floral accents, the boldest of headgear and a heavy dose of bouclé tailoring gave Chanel a spring in its sartorial step. The beauty look also drew heavily on the garden paradise theme, with hair that was so loosely plaited in the back as to be almost undone, as if blown free by a summer breeze. A bold red lip proved a strong counterpart to the punchy colours of the collection, while a heavily shadowed brow lent a stern appeal. With such strong accessories to balance against, Tom Pecheux created a makeup look that simply bloomed.
