Of all the healthy meal delivery options, the only one that actually provides nutritious meals is Diet Delight. The owner, Hala Al Khaldi, wants people to eat well at the same time as losing weight. I am all about enjoying a balanced diet, but they also make amazing fresh juices and have a wonderful juice cleanse programme.

The Orangery serves kombucha which is a huge leap for the health conscious. I can order that instead of my boring water!

Equilibrium Fitness, run by the greatest BASI qualified woman Patricia Kabalaoui – I am so lucky to have trained under her!

When the weather’s cool, where do you head for watersports?

I love love love to paddle board. You can rent a board and paddle from Gypsea Watersports at Coco Beach in Amwaj.
