Menu highlights include raw zucchini lasagna and turmeric-based smoothies, the venue regularly hosts guest speakers and offers a range of classes from Gong Meditation to Reformer Pilates
Where: Nathalie’s Café, Sports City, Dubai | Best for: Arabic Influence | Highlights: With a focus on slow and simple food and hydrating fresh juices and protein shakes, Nathalie’s offers the post-workout crew at Fit Republik a reason to return to the gym. There’s a ban on additives and preservatives and the menu includes dishes with traditionally Arabic ingredients such as fresh zataar and pomegranate as well as international favourites such as their delicious goats' cheese and fig toast
Where: Omnia Gourmet, Jumeirah Fishing Village | Best for: Celebrity Chef Status | Highlights: This opulently decorated café was the first Dubai outpost for celebrity chef, Silvena Rowe. The menu is almost entirely locally sourced and gluten-free and includes both raw and sugar-free options
Where: The Surf House Café, Jumeriah Beach Road | Best for: Breakfast Around The Clock | Highlights: In close proximity to the beach, The Surf Café is a regular hangout for the early morning post-paddleboard crowd. They offer a healthy, fresh menu that includes paleo and gluten-free options as well as an in-house espresso lab and sushi bar. The best part? Breakfast is available all day from 8a
