Gucci’s new look was the most definitive go-to for Seventies influences this year, with short wavy crops and lavender-hued hair paired with jasmine accents. While over at Atelier Versace, handmade couture dresses in shades of enchanted woodland met glamazonian tresses, held firmly in place by beaded garlands. Elie Saab, opted for a princess take on the movement, sending his couture models out with luscious locks, slightly curled and centre parted for regal perfection while designers such as Veronica Etro, opted for simplicity with shoulder length wavy styles devoid of accessories. Whether midi-length and accessorised, free flowing and centre parted or ultra-short, each style emphasises nature loving waves that are easily achievable.
