MARGOT ROBBIE BAGS NEW BEAUTY AMBASSADORSHIP
Luxury French fashion and beauty Maison, Chanel, has named Australian actress Margot Robbie as its new fragrance ambassador. The 28-year-old star, who found fame in The Wolf of Wall Street alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, and earned an Oscar nomination for ice-skating biopic, I,Tonya, about the infamous Australian figure skater, Tonya Harding, is the newest influential woman to land the coveted role as a face of Chanel's fragrance, following in the footsteps of Keira Knightley, Nicole Kidman and Kristen Stewart.
Margot, who has been a Chanel fashion ambassador for the house's 'Coco Neige' collection since 2018, has had long relationship with the brand, launched her own production company in 2014, LuckyChap Entertainment, with a view to tell stories with strong female characters and leads, and is set to start in this summer's highly-anticipated Quentin Tarantino film, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood - which screens at Cannes today and stars Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio.
